Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Coordinator to join our Telecom Project Controls team. This position is essential for the successful execution of team initiatives across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial project activities, including management, processing, and review. They will ensure compliance with procurement policies, handle data processing, and play a key role in gathering, quality-checking, and uploading closeout deliverables. This role is crucial for maintaining project integrity and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop and manage project plans, reports, and schedules.
2. Perform data entry, review, and process project forms and deliverable documents.
3. Maintain project trackers and third-party tracking databases.
4. Assist in data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance/updates in various internal and third-party systems.
5. Manage project invoicing processes.
6. Serve as a liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement
7. Participate in internal calls and provide administrative support as needed.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for project status communications to the project team.
9. Analyze data and create action items for team members based on project status.
10. Prepare and deliver project reports to project staff.
11. Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvements and efficiencies.
12. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience with financial reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert with 2 to 9+ years’ experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) to join our Javelin Network Operations Center (JNOC) team based out of Bangalore, India in both L1 & L2 levels. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience in configuration management (CM), scripting, integration, troubleshooting, and implementation of RAN nodes in AT&T USA or similar cellular service provider environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a technical support engineer in the configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Ericsson and Nokia OEM-based base stations and RAN nodes.
2. Leverage prior experience and knowledge in telecom network operations to provide back-office support from the Network Operations Center (NOC).
3. Provide technical support for Ericsson BBU commissioning, Nokia hardware swaps, BBU upgrades, PIM & RSSI troubleshooting, RET scripting, ESS, VSWR and Fiber related alarm clearance, KPI monitoring, call testing, AREA & GS audits, and site health-check reporting.
4. Implement and manage 3GPP access technologies, such as 5G SA & NSA site integration, LTE carrier addition, etc.
5. Manage and guide the field crew, construction support, and technicians, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
6. Provide technical training to junior engineers and project teams.
7. Ensure technical support tickets raised by the crew are closed within the stipulated turnaround time and meet all the service level agreements (SLA).
8. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures and provide management dashboards and regular reports.
9. Participate in various technical and managerial discussions on process improvements. status.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Ericsson and Nokia OEM-based base stations.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP access technologies such as LTE and NR.
• Proven ability to manage and support field crews from the NOC, backed with good communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 9+ years of experience in RAN integration, CM operations, and troubleshooting, particularly in AT&T networks.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or systems.


L2 – Level Requirements.

• L2 engineers require more than 6Yrs experience with multi-vendor exposure in other service providers in addition to Ericsson - AT&T USA will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge on various Ericsson product family, not limited to BBUs/RRUs/AIRs/XMUs and carryout RAN SW release upgrades etc.
• Understanding of IP & Transport network, SIAD, troubleshoot MME/AMF/UPF related alarms.
• Understanding of RF parameters, validate Features, Lkeys, KPI analysis and corrections.
• Ability to read RFDS / CIQ / GS / CLI Scripting and advanced troubleshooting in Ericsson & Nokia.
• Capable to lead and administer a team of Engineers.
• Knowledge of 3GPP/RRC protocols, call flow and log analysis will be added advantage.

1. Creation of Bill of Materials based off Site Design Documents, Review and redline of Construction Documents (CD, Mount Analysis, Structural Analysis, Etc), Review and redline of RF Data Sheets.
2. Must maintain and enforce the Company safety program, ensure daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
3. Responsible for the project's construction design & projected schedule and expenses.

7. Interprets and verifies industry standards, guidelines and codes for project deliverables.
8. Schedules and monitors work plans consistent with agreements.
9. Will act as a key interface with site acquisition team, construction and project teams, logistics and general contractors.
10. Know the technical requirements of the project, implement them and help others to accomplish the same.
11. Coordinates technical issues with field and physically assists construction in field.
12. Prepares standard discipline deliverables including standard work processes and tools.

Qualifications/Experience

• 3+ Industry experience is required.

Job Description:

The coordinator supports the Environmental Compliance team in various markets by providing compliance support and ensuring all scopes of work are approved for Civil release. Position Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:

The Telecom Contracts Sourcing Specialist should be able to procure new subcontractors, collect qualification documentation, review subcontractor insurance COIs and policies, analyze subcontracts to ensure they meet Amentum and Amentum’s Client requirements, monitor subcontractor performance, document subcontract files in accordance with established policies and procedures, and serve as an account representative for each subcontractor.

Duties include:
1. Review, maintain, and request Certificates of Insurance and/or Insurance Policies for both suppliers and Amentum.
2. Issue review and oversee the subcontractor qualification process for assigned subcontractors including due diligence reviews.
3. Provide analysis and assessment of supplier on-boarding documentation to ensure supplier will align with Amentum safety culture while providing high-quality services meeting Amentum customer requirements.
4. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications of subcontracts in concert with the Telecom Subcontracts Manager.
5. Ensure supplier requirements are executed and consistent with technical, program, cost, and performance (quality and delivery) requirements.
6. Negotiation of sub-contract, including appropriate customer flow down, to support project constraints and minimize contract risk in concert with the Telecom Subcontracts Manager.
7. Manage, track and maintain any necessary Supplier Pre-Qualification Exception Requests to ensure the Ops Sponsor follows up as necessary.
8. Oversee the overall performance and compliance of assigned subcontractors, including maintaining accurate and up to date supplier records.
9. Develop, communicate, and implement subcontracting strategies in accordance with individual program objectives while maintaining strong program and subcontractor relations.
10. Engage and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders as necessary. Specifically, regarding on-boarding of requested suppliers, status of existing suppliers and executing customer requirements.
11. Brief Subcontracts Manager and Director of Contracts on program contracts/subcontracts status.
12. Develop efficient solutions in a fast pace working environment.
13. Maintain internal and external relations- Telecom Contracts Sourcing Specialist is expected to be the supplier’s escalation path for on-boarding, general inquiries, invoicing, purchasing, etc.
14. Familiarizing with internal stakeholders is key to directing suppliers to connect contacts to resolve issues.
15. Support in-house corporate counsel when needed in concert with Director of Contracts and Subcontracts Manager.
16. Issue and negotiate non-disclosure agreements.
17. Assist in identifying new viable candidates.
